As a professional musician, Julie is in much demand as an oboist (both orchestral and soloist) and choir accompanist. Below are details of just some of the ensembles she plays with
Most of her orchestral playing is with split between the Bath Philharmonia and Emerald Ensemble with whom she is their regular 2nd oboist/cor anglais player.
She's part of an oboe and piano duo - Ob-session who give recitals for various organisations and events.
and a reed quartet called the Kokopelli Consort.
| Julie is the accompanist for the Avon & Somerset Constabulary Male Voice Choir with whom she performs 14-16 concerts per year and takes part in many festivals around the UK. She also accompanies Better Than Chocolate, a women's community vocal group based in the Chew Valley and leads the off-shoot childrens group, Better Than Jellybabies!
